24Casino's general terms (version 1.0, last updated 6 May 2026, read on 2 November 2026) name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica as the operator, holding Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000002. The commission is based in New Brunswick, Canada.
Tobique's list of licence holders, checked on 2 November 2026, records Novatrix S.R.L as holding a B2C licence that runs to 13 March 2027. It names companies only, not the websites a licence covers.
The Anjouan licence register goes further: on 2 November 2026 it listed 24casino.com under Novatrix SRL's licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, valid until 24 August 2027. 24Casino's own terms and footer do not mention it.
Before February 2026 the operator was Dama N.V. of Curaçao, most recently under Curaçao licence OGL/2023/174/0082. The terms naming Novatrix took effect on 11 February 2026.
Neither Greece's blacklist of unlicensed gambling sites nor Poland's register of blocked gambling domains listed 24casino.com on 30 October 2026, although the Greek list records Novatrix SRL as owner of four other casino sites.

How quickly does 24Casino pay, and how big are its withdrawal caps?
The facts panel gives a pending time of up to 72 hours once your account is verified, plus up to 3 business days for a bank transfer. The terms say the same (11.6 and 11.9), and bank transfers are never paid in US dollars.
Withdrawals are capped at €50,000 per week and €150,000 per month (11.7), and the payments page (21 May 2026) limits each payout to €4,000. A win above €100,000 can be paid in monthly parts of up to €20,000, so €140,000 could take seven months. Progressive jackpots are paid at once.
