About Casino Adventurer
We're a casino review site. We read each casino's licence, bonus terms and payment rules, and say plainly what we couldn't check.

Who We Are
Casino Adventurer is an information site about online casinos, owned and run by Casino Adventurer. We don't run a casino or take bets.
From the outside, most online casinos look alike. The differences sit in the small print: who licenses the casino, how much you can withdraw, and what the bonus terms really say. We pull those facts together so you can compare casinos before you sign up.
Our editorial team writes and checks every review. Our editorial policy explains how a review is researched, and How We Rate Casinos explains the Trust Score.
What We Stand For
Four rules shape every review we publish.
Independence
No casino can pay to raise its Trust Score. The score comes from the facts in the review and an editor's judgement of them.
Facts from the source
We check licences on the regulator's public register where it keeps one, and take bonus terms and limits from the casino's own terms.
Clear about gaps
When a casino doesn't publish something, the review says so instead of guessing. A payout time in a review is the one the casino states.
Player safety
Every review says which licence and company the casino shows, or that it shows none. Our Responsible Gambling page lists free help by country.
How We Review a Casino
Every review covers the same ground, so you can compare casinos side by side. These are the main checks.
Check the licence
We look the casino up on the regulator's public register and note the company that runs it. If we can't find the licence, or the casino doesn't name its company, the review says so.
Read the bonus terms
Wagering (such as 35x), minimum deposit, maximum bet, cashout caps, expiry (often 7 to 30 days) and excluded games, all from the casino's own terms.
Record payments and limits
Deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum amounts, withdrawal limits, fees, and the payout time the casino states, most often between 24 hours and 72 hours.
Look at the games
The studios behind the game library, and whether the casino publishes RTP figures or independent game testing.
Note support and restrictions
How you can reach support and in which languages, and the countries the casino doesn't accept.
How the Trust Score Is Set
Once the facts are in, an editor reads them and sets the Trust Score from 1 to 10 by hand. It's a judgement, not a formula, and no casino can pay to raise it. How We Rate Casinos explains the five areas and what each review flags.
You can check a licence yourself on the regulator's register, such as the Malta Gaming Authority's licensee register or the Curaçao Gaming Authority's licence register.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment. Every casino game has a house edge: a slot with a 96% RTP keeps about €4 of every €100 staked over time, so the casino comes out ahead. You must be of legal gambling age where you live, and never younger than 18.
Our Responsible Gambling page covers warning signs, deposit limits, self-exclusion and help lines by country.
If gambling stops being fun, free and confidential help is available:
- Gambling Therapy: free online support in more than 30 languages
- Gamblers Anonymous: meetings around the world
- BetBlocker: free software that blocks gambling sites on your phone and computer

Paschalis Dermentzis is Casino Adventurer's casino reviews editor, born and based in Athens. He looks at every casino the way a careful player would, checking the licence, bonus terms, payment options, withdrawal times and customer support, and flags any fine print that could catch readers out. Friends say he's the only person they know who actually reads the instruction manual. In his free time, he enjoys a game of tavli by the sea and cheering on Olympiacos.
