How do I contact Casino Adventurer?

Email us at contact@casinoadventurer.com. It is our one address for corrections, questions about a review and business enquiries, and we read every message that reaches it.

We can't promise a reply time. A reported mistake is checked against the source before we answer.

Please don't send passwords, card numbers or copies of your ID. We never need them to check a review, and we can't use them to help with a casino account.

What can you write to us about?

Write to us about anything on the site, for example:

  • A mistake in a review, or a fact that is out of date
  • A bonus that no longer works as a review describes
  • A broken link, or a page that doesn't load
  • A question about how we rate casinos, which our How We Rate Casinos page may already answer
  • Business enquiries from casinos and partners

If your message is about one casino, name it and include the address of its review, so we can find the right page straight away.

No casino can pay to raise its Trust Score. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains which links may earn us a commission.

How do I report a mistake?

A short message with four details lets us check and fix it quickly:

  1. The address of the page
  2. What is wrong, quoted as it appears on the page
  3. Where you found the right information, with a link if you have one. The casino's own terms and the regulator's register are the best sources
  4. The date you checked, for example 12 October 2026, since casinos change their terms often

A screenshot helps too, as long as it doesn't show your account details or balance.

If you are right, we correct the page and its Last Updated date changes. Our Editorial Policy explains how we handle corrections.

Can we help with a problem at a casino?

No, not directly. We don't run any casino, so we can't see your account, release a payment or take up a complaint on your behalf. These steps usually work best:

  1. Contact the casino's support first, and keep a record of what you send and what they reply
  2. If a withdrawal is late, compare it with the payout time in the casino's terms. Most casinos we review state between 24 hours and 72 hours, and identity checks can add more
  3. If that doesn't solve it, complain to the regulator that licenses the casino. Each review names the licence the casino shows

For example, the Malta Gaming Authority takes complaints about the casinos it licenses through its Lodge a Complaint form, once you have tried the casino's own support. Keep copies of your messages, your identity checks and the bonus terms you accepted, since a regulator will ask for them.

If gambling itself is causing you harm, our Responsible Gambling page lists free, confidential help lines by country.

Who runs the site?

casinoadventurer.com is owned and run by Casino Adventurer. Our About Us page explains who we are and how we review casinos.

We keep emails for 1 year after our last contact and answer requests about your personal data within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy sets out.

Frequently Asked Questions

We read every message, but we can't promise a reply time. A reported mistake is checked against the source before we answer, so it can take longer than a simple question.

No. We don't run any casino and can't act for you. Contact the casino's support first, then the regulator that licenses it.

Yes, at the same address. No casino can pay to raise its Trust Score, and our Affiliate Disclosure explains how affiliate links work on this site.
