Bonus terms that catch people out
The first-deposit bonus is 125% up to €1,000 with 250 free spins and a wheel spin, from €20. Bonus money must be wagered 40 times, at no more than €5 a bet, within 7 days, according to Betandplay's promotion terms.
A worked example: deposit €100, get €125 bonus, and you must wager €5,000 before withdrawing it, which is at least 1,000 bets at the €5 maximum. The cash-out cap is €5,000, higher than at many similar casinos.
Free spin winnings are wagered 50 times, with a cap of €1,000. Several weekly offers need a bonus code at the time you deposit.

Betandplay's responsible gaming page says you set every limit by emailing support@betandplay.com. The live site turned us away on 2 November 2026, so we read the copy the Wayback Machine saved on 21 April 2025, marked "Last updated: 23.04.2024".
- Loss and wager limits "for a day, a week, or a month", and a deposit limit the page names but does not describe. The loss limit counts what you deposit, not what you win.
- Cooling-off: for a set period you cannot deposit or get promotions, but you can still withdraw.
- Self-exclusion: for a set period or for good. The account is disabled at once, and support pays out any balance on request.
Lowering a limit works at once. Raising one needs email confirmation and waits until the old limit ends. Cooling-off and fixed-term self-exclusion end by themselves.
Betandplay's terms, in the copy saved the same day (last updated 5 September 2024), add that, due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits "cannot be applied to the deposits made through CoinsPaid payment system". The page names no session time limit or reality check.
