The company behind Wintopia is Altacore N.V., the name Greece's regulator gives for wintopia.com. Wintopia's own terms name no company.
The same domain also appears on the Anjouan licence register under licence ALSI-202410052-FI2, held by 3-102-961604 SRL and valid until 17 October 2027. Wintopia's terms are governed by Anjouan law (section 33.1).
On 29 October 2026, wintopia.biz forwarded to a mirror address, wintopia104.cc, which is on neither licence's domain list. The mirror shows no licence seal and names no operator.
Greece and Poland block Wintopia. The Hellenic Gaming Commission's blacklist has listed wintopia.com since April 2025 and added the mirror wintopia101.cc in July 2026. Poland's register of blocked gambling domains has listed wintopia.com since 22 December 2023.
How long do Wintopia withdrawals take, and what are the limits?
Wintopia states a withdrawal time of 24 hours, counted from a verified account. The limit is €500 per transaction and €20,000 a month, and no withdrawal is paid before verification (section 9.1).

Which countries can't play at Wintopia?
Wintopia does not accept players from the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Spain, Turkey, Lithuania, Ukraine or Russia, along with many countries in Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
