Terms and Conditions

These terms are the rules for using casinoadventurer.com and its free member accounts. By using the site, or by ticking the box when you sign up, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. About the site

Casino Adventurer is a website about online casinos: reviews, bonus pages, game pages, guides and news. We are not a casino. You cannot gamble on this site, and we never hold your money.

2. What our pages are for

Our pages are information, not advice. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or gambling advice, and every score or rating is our editors' judgement. How We Rate Casinos explains how we reach it.

Bonuses, terms, limits and licences change, sometimes without notice. Check the casino's own terms before you sign up or deposit.

Online gambling is not legal everywhere. Before you use a casino we write about, check that gambling online is legal where you live.

Gambling always carries a risk of losing money. If it stops being fun, our Responsible Gambling page lists where to find help.

3. Links to casinos and other sites

Many pages link to casino sites. Other companies run those sites under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, for their offers, or for what happens there, including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and account closures.

4. Who may open an account

Accounts are free. To open one:

• you must be 18 or older, and older if the law where you live sets a higher age for gambling
• you open it for yourself, with an email address that is yours

Ticking the box on the sign-up form confirms your age and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

5. What members can do

With an account you can save casinos, add games to your favourites and rate them from 1 to 5 stars, choose which email alerts you get, and pick a display name and an avatar. When we add features, such as reviews, these terms apply to them too.

6. What members may not do

• use someone else's account, or let someone else use yours
• pick a display name that pretends to be someone else, insults anyone, or advertises a casino, a website or a service
• sign up or log in with scripts or bots, or try to get round the checks on sign-up and log-in
• try to break into the site, its accounts or its data, or overload it
• use the site for anything illegal

Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell us.

7. How an account is removed

You can delete your account at any time: open Settings and choose Delete account. That removes the account at once, together with its saved casinos, favourite games and ratings. It cannot be undone.

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, or one we believe belongs to someone under the age in section 4. Where we can, we tell you by email first.

The Privacy Policy says what else we keep about you and for how long.

8. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time, including the accounts and their features. If we close the accounts for good, we delete them and their data, and we email members before we do.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change affects members, we tell them by email or on the site before it applies. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply to you; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

9. Our content

The text, ratings, images and design of this site belong to Casino Adventurer. Casino logos, game images and other brand material belong to their owners.

You may quote a short part of a page with a link back to it. Copying or republishing our pages, in whole or in large part, needs our written permission.

10. Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we cannot promise that every page is correct, complete or current, or that the site is always available.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site, from relying on what it says, or from anything that happens on another website, a casino's included.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law of your country gives you that cannot be excluded.
