We could not read its current terms or its responsible gambling page: asino.com shows visitors from Greece a notice that it is closed to them, and the newest archived copy of its terms dates from October 2023. Where that leaves a gap, this review says so.

Is Asino Casino licensed and legit?
Asino's licence is from the Tobique Gaming Commission, and Anjouan's register also lists asino.com under a licence of its own. Metlait SRL holds both, and both regulators showed them as valid on 30 October 2026.

The Tobique licence holders list names the company but not its sites. The domains come from Tobique's validation page, the one the seal on Asino's site opens. Tobique is the gaming regulator of the Tobique First Nation in Canada, and it takes complaints that Asino's support does not settle through that same validation page.
Anjouan's licence register lists asino.com under the second licence. Anjouan's validation page for asino.com says that licence does not cover Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK or the US.
The operator has changed. In July 2025 Asino's footer named Hollycorn N.V. of Curaçao, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under OGL/2023/176/0095. Some review sites still quote that licence.
Where is Asino blocked or restricted?
Asino restricts 47 countries, among them the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Greece and Cyprus.
Poland's register of banned gambling domains has listed asino.com, www.asino.com and asino1.com since 11 September 2023, which obliges Polish internet providers to block them. Greece's blacklist (53rd edition, 29 July 2026) does not name Asino, but the site turns Greek visitors away with a notice pointing to the Hellenic Gaming Commission.
Australia, France and Spain are not on Asino's restricted list, yet its Anjouan licence does not cover them. Check your own country's rules before you sign up.

How hard is the Asino bonus to clear?
The x35 applies to the bonus amount: every €1 of bonus money needs €35 in bets before you can withdraw it. Here is what that means for the first deposit offer.

We could not confirm it from Asino itself. Its responsible gambling page was closed to us on 30 October 2026, and the Wayback Machine holds no copy of it.
Anjouan sets a floor: its validation page requires the operator to provide self-exclusion and deposit limit tools and an independent dispute service. Tobique runs its own self-exclusion programme, which excludes you from every site it licenses, Asino included. For help with it, Tobique's page points you to the commission's support team.
The last copy of Asino's terms we could read, version 2.3 of 4 October 2023 under the previous operator, said deposit limits could not be applied to crypto deposits made through its crypto payment processor. It told players who want to limit their gambling to use the casino's other options.
